Celebrations Inside Out is an event planning service business hosting family events and activities on the Saunders Ranch. It is located just 82 miles north of the DFW Metroplex in Nocona, Texas. This 500 acre ranch provides a nice contrast for those who want to get away from the city to enjoy a few hours in the country. The Ranch offers various outdoor activities as well as indoor events that can be hosted in the Clubhouse. The back patio includes an outdoor kitchen and circular fire pit for a perfect outdoor party. During hunting season the ranch is host to the Nocona Hunt Club which offers a number of hunting options for ducks, dove, quail, hogs and deer. Hunting on the ranch is only available to Club members, and on a reservation basis.
For those that need overnight accommodations, the clubhouse offers the Cowboy room, with 2 full size beds, the Comanche, with 3 twin beds and the Grande, with a King sized bed. The newest addition is our Bunk House that has four additional rooms. Each room in the bunk house has at least two beds and one room has 4 adult bunk beds with an additional Full Bed.
This venue is perfect for an outdoor wedding followed by an indoor reception in the clubhouse. It is not designed to be the venue for a large group wedding of 150 people. But, it is perfect for the couple that just wants to get away for a small celebration with family and close friends. The clubhouse can provide lodging for the immediate group and local hotels are just a 5 minute trip to Nocona for the remaining group. We welcome working with your personal wedding planner or have our own in-house event planner.
This event can be hosted as an indoor event, outdoor event or a combination of both. The indoor courtyard opens up from the front entryway to the back patio. This provides a much more open space for an event when the weather becomes unpredictable.
Our location is the perfect distance away from the city to escape the daily routine of business activities to focus on long range business planning. The clubhouse is perfect for indoor meetings while the outdoors allows for team building activities. In addition, we can offer such activities as volleyball, tricycle races, horseshoes, trail rides or a hayride for your next company picnic. Of course just getting out in the country is the most important factor in making your next company picnic fun!
Camping is always fun for families who want to enjoy nature walks, sit by the fire or go fishing. In addition, the Clubhouse presents a perfect option for family members that need indoor lodging to enjoy the event. Planned Activities can include: Volleyball, Tricycle races, Tug a war, Outdoor scavenger hunts, ATV trail rides and group hayrides.
